Check-up got me to make overdue changes.
Over the last years had been heavily focused on my career with a lifestyle that was not super healthy, especially a lack of regular exercise. Making a change was difficult. The check-up revealed my high cholesterol early and subsequent possible cardiovascular risks if I did not address the issue. It was a wake-up call that pushed me to change. Over the last 5 months, I have lost 5 kilos, exercise 3 times a week at the gym and have made healthier food choices. I have turned things around, feel great and very interested what my test will say next year.
