The Basic Allergy & Hayfever Check is a medical test specifically designed for home use and your sample will be evaluated by a Swiss lab.
With the test, we assess presence and severity of an allergic reaction to 50+ common allergens with a focus on possible triggers of hayfever sympomts. That includes:
- 10+ most common types of pollen which caus hayfever
- alternative hayfever symptom triggers such as dust mites and animal shed.
Beyond that, we check for allergens such as foods, insects and other animals. Results will be available online within 2-3 working days after sending your sample to the lab.

Step 1
Order your test online
- if you order before 5:30pm, your test will arrive the next working day
- if you order after 5:30pm it arrives on the 2nd working day
- all tests arrive with Swiss Post
Step 2
Activate test and take your sample
- activate your test online using the code in your test box and then take your sample
- put the sample into the Retourbox and return it to our Swiss lab by dropping the box into any mailbox
Step 3
Get your test results online
- log in to view your results online within 1-3 days
- results tell you presence severity of an allergic reaction to the tested allergens and provide additional information such as your personal hayfever season
What your results tell you
Test results will tell you presence and severity of allergic reactions to 50+ allergens by measuring specific IgE antibodies in your blood. The lab report is also provided for download.
In case the test detects allergic reactions for any pollen, results also include your personal hayfever season.
