You take your sample from the comfort of your home and then drop it off in any mailbox in Switzerland to send it to the lab. Your sample will be evaluated by Medisyn (formerly known as Synlab), a leading Swiss laboratory provider. Once your results are available, you will receive a phone consultation with an allergy specialist who will also tell you, if you are eligible for immunotherapy. Immunotherapy is a well-proven method to reduce or even eliminate symptoms of pollen and dust mite allergies permanently. This is especially relevant if your symptoms have been getting worse since this may indicate a risk to develop asthma. If you are eligible, you will also receive a treatment plan with your test results after completing your phone consultation.
