Frequently Asked Questions

When are my ordered tests delivered home?

If you ordered before 17:30 on a working day, we ship your tests the same day with Swiss A-Post. We send you a shipment confirmation shortly before your order is handed to Swiss Post.


Locate the day your order arrives - if all runs smoothly - in the table below.

Exceptions

In some cases, your order comes in a working day later. For example when:

  • One of the days is a public holiday
  • Swiss Posts needs more than a day to deliver

Our packages fit into any Swiss mailbox. In case you don't see your package, please also check your letter box.


Expect us to communicate pro-actively if there is a known delay on our end. Feel free to reach out at any time if you believe your order should have been delivered already!
