If you ordered before 17:30 on a working day, we ship your tests the same day with Swiss A-Post. We send you a shipment confirmation shortly before your order is handed to Swiss Post.

Exceptions

In some cases, your order comes in a working day later. For example when:

• One of the days is a public holiday
• Swiss Posts needs more than a day to deliver

Our packages fit into any Swiss mailbox. In case you don't see your package, please also check your letter box.

Expect us to communicate pro-actively if there is a known delay on our end. Feel free to reach out at any time if you believe your order should have been delivered already!

Often the test results are already available around 8:45 PM on the 2nd working day after you have returned your sample. If not, the results are usually ready by 8:45 AM the next morning.

Exceptions

In some cases, your results are available one working day later. For example when:

• Swiss Post already emptied the mailbox before you returned your sample
• Swiss Post had a delay returning your sample to us
• Our courier arrives late at the lab (usually only half a day delay)
• It is very busy at the lab (usually only half a day delay)
• One of the days is a public holiday

Personal communication about delays is impossible, as our service is setup for anonymity. This means we don't know who is affected when there is a delay. Feel free to reach out at any time if you believe your results should have been available already!

Our tests are not reimbursed by the healthcare insurance. That's why we put effort in keeping the costs low. It might be that you can get our tests reimbursed if they were prescribed by a doctor. Please check that with your doctor before ordering.
